I'm an artist originally from Canada, but now based in Nashville. I grew up singing with my Dad and that's what really spurred my love for music. Today (28th February) sees you release Bittersweet, can you please tell us a little about the track? This song is really about ripping off the “break-up bandaid”. My co-writers and I got talking about all of the things people say in a break-up to try and “save” the other person's feelings, and a lot of the time that just keeps that person from feeling closure. This week's EastEnders episodes to celebrate its 40th anniversary has been brilliant and filled with a lot of nostalgia as we have seen past characters bought back as well as taking us viewers on an emotional rollercoaster. One thing EastEnders do extremely well are stunts and this week's was no exception with Reiss Colwell's car smashing into The Queen Vic leading to the pub collapsing with many residents inside allowing for the residents to work together to help/ save one another. The community feel all week has been wonderful to see, and one of the many reasons that I enjoy this show. The anniversary episode itself on Wednesday (19th February) saw an hour-long episode where Sharon Watts hallucinated seeing Angie Watts bought back for a short scene that I have to admit, I loved and one secret I am glad the show managed to keep a secret - Anita Dobson it was brilliant to see the first landlady return, but Sharon was rescued by Grant Mitchell reminded me of the early years....

Today (Friday 14th February),  Tigirlily Gold  made up of sisters, Kendra and Krista begin their new era of music as they release their brand new single, Forever From Here. Kendra's soft tone opening Forever From Here is great as it allows for the song to come to live straight away with the country feel and love in a relationship that you want to hold on to before Krista joins creating from wonderful harmonies. During next week's visits to Emmerdale, viewers will see the  storyline centered on a fateful night with not one, but two limousines in danger as one is left teetering on a treacherous frozen lake with someone's fingers grasping for life. With the drama continuing, the cast and director of the episodes spoke about what fans can look forward to within the episodes that are to come. The vocal range from Jillian, Rachel and Taylor is fantastic as you can hear a lot of passion for music as well as their fantastic song-writing skills which are super special. With C2C 2025 only a month away, I thought I would share with you the artists I am very excited to see on the pop up stages following yesterday's announcement (4th February). Everyone who knows me knows how much I love the pop up stages as it allows you to discover so many incredible artists for the very first time as well as see some of your favourite artists. Back in December when I first saw  Abbie Mac  supporting Sophia Scott who played her debut London show, and honestly Abbie Mac is an artist to watch as she has a bright future ahead of her. I remember tearing up at some of her songs which I have had certain lyrics going through my head ever since, so I'm excited to complete them. The residents of Weatherfield will soon need to watch their backs as Coronation Street welcomes Mick and Lou Michaelis making life hell for anyone who crosses them. With the Michaelis family moving into Mawdsley Street at the back of Chesney and Gemma Winter-Brown's house - this will be the very first time Coronation Street have extended the drama across the ginnel. Tomorrow (Friday 24th January) singer-songwriter,  Katy Hurt will be releasing her brand new single, Seasons. Seasons  is one heartfelt song with a real life feel to it and how everything can change in the blink of an eye and how every year of our life is precious just like the seasons are. The emotional connection to the lyrics are magical, and are very relatable to myself during this period of change. All three verses blend wonderfully together and you can get a real sense of honesty throughout making this an extra special song. Katy's tone is stunning throughout and her softer tone within the chorus is beautiful. The moment Joey Landreth comes joins Katy on vocals where their harmonies blend perfectly together. Nothing ever runs smoothly for Lauren Bolton and next week is no different for the young troubled character played by Cait Fitton who I have to say has shown everyone what a brilliant actress she is. The moment Steph Milligan arrived on the Yorkshire based soap, Emmerdale. Viewers to the show have seen Steph determined to get her inheritance from her grandma as well as viewers realising how fractured her relationship is with her parents, Caleb and Ruby Milligan. The way that Steph Milligan was introduced to us viewers during Friday 15th November's episode as her father, Caleb was seen trapped by Jai Sharma was interesting as from the beginning you could see that Steph is a character not to be messed with you could see had a tough upbringing. Following the news that Charlotte Jordan is set to leave Coronation Street after 4 years after the news broke on Tuesday evening (7th January). From the very moment it was announced that Charlotte Jordan is due to leave later this year after playing Daisy Midgeley for the past 4 years. I am very rarely shocked when departures are announced as I know people go and out all the time, but for some reason this one kind of feels like an end of the era. During next week's visit to the Liverpool filmed soap, Hollyoaks viewers will see Frankie Osborne come face-to-face against her twin brother, JJ. As the day of the trial arrives, Frankie tells Darren and Nancy Osborne that she is ready.  There are set to be some emotional scenes that is for sure throughout the next week's worth of episodes. With Joe Tate last since on Emmerdale back in October 2018, today's Christmas Eve episode (24th December) saw the character return to the show. Joe was revealed as the man who has been pulling the strings behind Peter and Will's plans to bring down Kim Tate. Since the very moment Lauren Bolton was introduced to us viewers back on 2nd November, 2022 it is safe to say that the character has had her fair share of difficult and controversial storylines. However, it is 2024 that has seen the character have her toughest following the birth of her son, Frankie at the beginning of August who was last month released from hospital following 3 months in hospital since his premature birth. Thinking back to November 2022 and the moment Lauren Bolton and Max Turner were placed on screen together you could see this rollercoaster of a friendship forming which has since been through a lot with Max being the only constant in her life since arriving, this is something I am pleased Coronation Street kept allowing for Cait Fitton and Paddy Bever to create a brilliant friendship on and off screen which delivers brilliantly on screen.
