WHY TONIGHT'S EMMERDALE EPISODES WERE BEAUTIFUL AS LIV AND VINNY MARRIED

Tonight's double bill (24th February) of Emmerdale were beautiful allowing for a beautiful soap wedding to take place for Liv Flaherty and Vinny Dingle who have been on one hell of a journey over the past 18 months. It's no secret how much I love Vinny and Liv as a couple and that they have a lot of fans within the Emmerdale fan community. There was something about tonight's first episode alone that was beautiful and delivered exactly what us viewers wanted. Thank you, Linton Chiswick for a beautiful and brilliantly delivered episode. It was really lovely to see the young couple have a happy wedding day despite them having to elope for them to get the day they wanted and deserved. The dialogue throughout the episode was beautiful. The attention to detail throughout the episode was beautifully thought about with all the romantic moments that happened throughout the episode like the one that started the episode in the dingle van to the prep talk ahead of the wedding, asking a

SINGLE REVIEW - BETH BROOKFIELD - CHASING AFTER YOU

Today (Friday 22nd February) will see singer-songwriter,  Beth Brookfield  who is from the Isle of Wight release her brand new single, Chasing After You. Chasing After You  starts with guitar instrumental opening the song up beautifully alongside this quirkiness which I absolutely love. The first verse sees Beth's vocals opening the song with many emotional heartfelt lyrics that get you thinking and relating to certain situations in our own lives right from the start - you can hear that Beth has written this song from a place of hurt and her own personal experience is at the forefront making it even more captivating. As the song develops you can hear this wonderful questioning of yourself and the choices you have made based on those certain situations - we have all been in at one time or another if we are honest with ourselves. The moment the chorus comes in the lyrics hit with a new kind of emotion, and one that gets you thinking with a lot more emotion as its like you can't q

5 YEARS OF ITSKELLIELOU

I wasn't coming to share this but this Thursday (24th February) is FIVE years since I started this blog, and if you would have told a shy, soap loving fan that she would still be running this site I'd have laughed, but I am grateful to still be here with many of you still enjoying what I write. In the February of 2017 when I started I was a rather shy, non-confident 23 year old who decided to share her first ever blog and one that after an certain episode of Emmerdale got to thinking and after tweeting through the episode, and people saying they agreed I got to writing my thoughts up more clearly - still to date this is one of my most viewed! It was after this certain article that I discovered this wonderful fire within me, and still have today! It's not secret that Emmerdale for me is the show that's helped me become a much confident writer (even led me to realise what my ideal job would me which I am currently working so hard on achieving) and even more so after the p

EMMERDALE EPISODE REVIEW - VINNY SURPRISES LIV AS DAWN AND BILLY GET MARRIED

This week’s episodes of Emmerdale have seen Vinny Dingle planned a romantic surprise for his girlfriend, Liv Flaherty which doesn’t run smoothly as Dawn Taylor and Billy Fletcher get married. The week was all smiles for Dawn Taylor and Billy Fletcher as they prepared to get married, the drama all started as Meena Julta’s seen in the church before the guests arrive showing glimpses of Dawn and Billy in their wedding outfits, the hug that Will gave his daughter was sweet love how brilliant Dean Andrews and Olivia Bromley relationship is. At the church, Lucas entered ahead of Dawn leaving Billy thrilled as he looked to the door as Dawn walked down the aisle by Will, Olivia looked beautiful. The tense moment as the church door was blown open as Priya Sharma walked in. Dawn and Billy exchanged their own vows to one another which I have to say were perfect for the couple - the attention to detail was brilliant from Isobel Cameron. After the ceremony, the father and daughter heart-to-hear

Credit: Pretty Sweet Creative//  http://www.prettysweetcreative.com/ Home Team  starts with a funky and upbeat instrumental giving off this super fun summery vibe. The first verse sees Karli's upbeat vocal at the forefront with her childhood moments being sung straight off which many people will be able to relate with as it gives me this really homely feel to the single. There is something so wonderful about Karli's vocal tone on this verse that has me wanting me even more despite what we have being fantastic with me at times getting a little emotional because of myself being able to connect with the lyrics. The chorus of Home Team features some of the honest, and incredible lyrics which have me wanting to sing along because of the pure honesty, and the real home town feel - makes me want to relive my childhoo

Photo Credit: Logen Christopher Welcome To The Block Party is a beautiful promo set up for the album which I have to say I love as it sets the debut album from Priscilla Block up wonderfully. My Bar  has a quirky guitar instrumental which I have to say sets the tone of the song perfectly. The first verse sees Priscilla's soft, vulnerable vocal range at the forefront allowing for us listeners to get to know who Priscilla is as an artist, and what an amazing artist she is for letting us fans into her world through this verse. I love the journey that the song takes you on especially heading into the chorus which features some of the songs most stunning lyrics which continue to take you on a journey through Priscilla's eyes. The first verse sees Halle's softer tone at the forefront with this incredible meaningful lyrics that get you thinking - there is something so wonderful about the lyrics and how they allow us listeners time to think/ catch our thoughts. I admire the fact that Halle isn't afraid to wear her heart on her sleeves as she releases this song. SINGLE REVIEW - ERIN KINSEY - HATE THIS HOMETOWN

Today (Friday 4th February) will see singer-songwriter,  Erin Kinsey  release her brand new single, Hate This Hometown. Erin is an artist I remember seeing at C2C back in 2016. Hate This Hometown  has a piano and guitar instrumental which sets the tone of the song perfectly. The first verse sees Erin's soft more poignant vocal at the forefront which is full of a lot of memories which got me a little emotional thanks to the beautiful story being shared with us listeners. The chorus of Hate This Hometown features some of the most stunning lyrics full of purity and the way that Erin delivers her story I absolutely adore as it's a part of my story too - love songs you can personally relate with too! The second verse of Hate This Hometown continues with her journey with her hometown with even more emotion and I didn't even think that was possible with her songwriting that many listeners will appreciate. Erin's vocal range is stunning with her crisp vocal on the soft verses m
