SINGLE REVIEW - HARLEYMOON KEMP - LUCKY

Tomorrow (Friday 11th December) will see British singer-songwriter, Harleymoon Kemp release her brand new single, Lucky.

Lucky has guitar instrumental that supports the song throughout. The guitar instrumental compliments it's happy go lucky party kind of style which starts the song off wonderfully.
The first verse sees Harleymoon's upbeat vocals at the forefront with her fun, realistic lyrics being demonstrated throughout brilliantly. The lyrics are ones that many people will be able to relate with. The honesty and purity within Harleymoon's vocals is something that makes the song sound even more special.
The chorus features some of the most happy, and upbeat lyrics - the more I hear them the more I want to get up and dance to them and have this appreciate for the special person in our lives that makes us feel L.U.C.K.Y. what a precious message after the year we have all had!
The second verse of Lucky sees a little softer vocal from Harleymoon that allows the songs lyrics to shine through even more in a super sweet way - I love how much appreciation is given within this song.
The final verse of Lucky sees Harleymoon's soft vocal range continue which allowed the songs message to show this super special and sweet meaning which had me gripped as a listener. The instrumental throughout this verse is a little high tempo which mixes up Lucky brilliantly.
I adore that Lucky ends with the chorus as it gives off this proper party theme tune that I learnt to appreciate so much many as the song continued.

There is something so special and unique about Harleymoon that I just adore, what a great artist Harleymoon has been throughout 2020!

This Friday (11th August)  will see  Swansea based artist singer-songwriter, Eleri  release her latest single, Karaoke. Karaoke was co written with Vanessa Murray and Katie Buckland, and produced by Tim Prottey/Jones of First Time Flyers. Karaoke  has an upbeat instrumental setting the tone beautifully. EMMERDALE REVIEW - DAN SHOWED HIS VULNERABILITY

Over the past few weeks, Emmerdale viewers have seen a different side of Dan Spencer following his daughter, Amelia's social media ordeal which has allowed for a different side of the character's development to be shown. It's obvious to me and many other viewers that all Dan Spencer has ever wanted to do was protect Amelia, but the way he said some harsh things to her in Tuesday's episode (11th July) saw the vulnerability in both characters. It was during Wednesday's episode (12th July) where Dan said "you have every right to be online" was a moment I caught myself a little emotional over as it reminded me of my own experience once again - it's clear how much Dan cares about his daughter and just wants what's best for her like parents do.
