INTERVIEW WITH TYLER HALVERSON ABOUT THIS WEEKEND'S C2C FESTIVAL

With Tyler Halverson due to perform at C2C in London next week, I was lucky enough to catch up with him before last week's C2C Berlin performances.

Hi Tyler, Congratulations on being selected to play at C2C in both Berlin and London. 
Can I please ask you to introduce yourself to our readers?
I'm Tyler Halverson from Canton, South Dakota and I play Country and Western Amerijuana Music.

How are you feeling about performing in London?
Very excited for London town! Been wanting to visit since I was a kid. Cool to have music bring me there.

What's the one thing you are the most excited about for during C2C?
Meeting new fans and friends and seeing different parts of the world.

How are you feeling about seeing the reaction from UK fans to your music? UK Country Music fans listen to the lyrics very closely.
I'm interested to see what people know and don't know. And what songs grab their attention in the set.


Is there anything you can tease about your C2C set?
Expect a lot of harmonica.

Are there any artists you are hoping to catch at the festival?
Hoping to catch up with old friends and make new.

Are you excited to hopefully meet some of your UK Country Music fans during your visits?
Absolutely! This what we’re here for.

How would you sum up your musical style in 3 words?
Country. Western. Amerijuana.

Before you leave London, are you wanting to do some sightseeing?
Definitely trying to play tourist a few days!

What are you hoping 2025 brings for you?
Hoping 2025 lights a fire and we blaze a trail.

Between Monday 23rd December and Friday 3rd January visits to the cobbles based soap, Coronation Street viewers will see Lauren Bolton admit just how scared she really is and are we really surprised after the year she has had? CAIT FITTON TALKS ABOUT THE LAST 12 MONTHS FOR HER CHARACTER

With Lauren Bolton having had an extremely tough 2024, the character is currently in prison for killing Joel Deering it's no surprise that Lauren is struggling even though she has been reunited with her son, Frankie in the mother and baby unit as well as being supported by her boyfriend, Max Turner who has also offered to help with Frankie. Cait Fitton who plays Lauren recently sat down to talk about her character Lauren's year and how she felt about the past 12 months saying   “It’s definitely been exhausting but also very rewarding. Mainly because I wanted to do it well, and to do it well, you need to know the story inside out. I did a lot of research. I also worked with charities to make sure I got the story right. I feel like I've now got to the point where I’m getting a bit more control back and can focus on what’s now for Lauren, because she’s a completely different person than she was prior to leaving, or even coming back.
