NEXT WEEK IN EMMERDALE: AMELIA'S PREGNANCY IS REVEALED

During next week's visit to the Yorkshire Dales, Emmerdale viewers will see Amelia Spencer's pregnancy come out in good old Emmerdale style.

With Amelia Spencer provided support by a hesitant Noah Dingle as he asks if he can accompany her to her scan. It's lovely to see Noah supporting Amelia like he is, you can see how much he cares about her - I think that he has learnt his lesson.

In the hospital, Amelia stares in awe and relief as the sonographer shows her the scan of her baby - Noah and Amelia are the picture of a happy couple.

As Noah and Amelia's relationship continues to blossom after the scan. Harriet is shocked when she sees them kiss. I can sense a bit of awkwardness.

However the next day, Dan and Harriet over-compensate after Amelia receives disappointing exam results, but once alone Harriet tells Dan the truth about Amelia and Noah leaving Dan utterly shocked.

In the graveyard, Sam Dingle is laying flowers on Alice's grave as his wife, Lydia respectfully watches. They are both curious when they hear shouting in the distance. You can just imagine Lydia walking quickly over.

With tensions continuing to rise along with more people arriving, everyone is utterly shocked to find out about Amelia's pregnancy. I feel for Amelia's pregnancy being announced like this, I can't lie.

These episodes of Emmerdale will air between Monday 22nd - Friday 26th August on ITV at 7.30pm with an hour episode on Thursday 25th August.

COMING UP ON EMMERDALE: AMELIA CHRISTENS ESTHER AS CHARITY AND AMY BRING THE DRAMA

With Amelia Spencer about to christen her daughter, Esther it wouldn't be a soap without drama during the ceremony would it? EMMERDALE REVIEW - DAN SHOWED HIS VULNERABILITY

Over the past few weeks, Emmerdale viewers have seen a different side of Dan Spencer following his daughter, Amelia's social media ordeal which has allowed for a different side of the character's development to be shown. It's obvious to me and many other viewers that all Dan Spencer has ever wanted to do was protect Amelia, but the way he said some harsh things to her in Tuesday's episode (11th July) saw the vulnerability in both characters. It was during Wednesday's episode (12th July) where Dan said "you have every right to be online" was a moment I caught myself a little emotional over as it reminded me of my own experience once again - it's clear how much Dan cares about his daughter and just wants what's best for her like parents do. The way that parents want their children to hear the truth, sometimes isn't the best way to do but on the other side sometimes it just needs to be said.
