SINGLE REVIEW - JASON ALDEAN & CARRIE UNDERWOOD - IF I DIDN'T LOVE YOU

Yesterday (Friday 23rd July) saw Carrie Underwood and Jason Aldean release their duet of If I Didn't Love You which I have to say as been added to my summer playlist.

If I Didn't Love You starts with a piano instrumental which gets the song going beautifully and supports the song throughout.
The first verse sees Jason's crisp vocal at the forefront allowing for the song to take you on a journey thanks to the songs beautiful lyrics even though it's based on a relationship ending.
The chorus of If I Didn't Love You features some of the most beautifully heartfelt lyrics that I couldn't heart but get a little emotional over thanks to Carrie and Jason's vocals blending so incredibly well throughout allowing the song to go on a journey.
The second verse continues with Carrie giving a rather emotional vocal delivery thanks to her softer vocal giving the lyrics the chance to take the listeners on a journey. The lyrics show you a lot of thankful for the relationship ending within the lyrics.
The more I hear Carrie and Jason the more I appreciate their harmonies together as their voices blend incredible together.
The final verse sees Jason and Carrie's vocals blending together once again showcasing their wonderful vocals ahead of the final chorus. The final chorus is breathtaking thanks to Carrie's solo vocal in a little higher tone to start, before Jason comes in beautifully bringing the song to a natural end.
