GABBY BARRETT NAMED ACM NEW FEMALE ARTIST OF THE YEAR

Warner Music Nashville’s “breakout star in the genre” (Forbes), Gabby Barrett continues her meteoric rise, crowned as ACM New Female Artist of the Year yesterday (8th April).

The accolade adds to an already stellar week for Gabby, with her current single, The Good Ones reigning Number 1 on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart. This marks the first time a female artist has sent her first two singles to Number 1 on the chart since 2012.
The Good Ones is Top-5-and-climbing on the Country radio airplay charts, and has amassed 230 million + global streams.

Gabby is stacking up more RIAA heavy metal, with The Good Ones officially certified platinum, and her debut album Goldmine striking GOLD. Her chart-topping breakout single, I Hope remains a fan-favorite, now 5x's Platinum.

As announced yesterday, Gabby scored four nominations at the upcoming iHeartRadio Music Awards, claiming her place as the most-nominated Country artist. She’ll vie for Best New Country Artist and Country Song of the Year for I Hope, plus the all-genre Best Collaboration and Best Lyrics for I Hope featuring Charlie Puth. The 2021 iHeartRadio Music Awards will air live on FOX from The Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on Thursday 27th May from 8pm - 10pm ET.

Celebrating her New Female Artist of the Year win, Gabby will take the stage to perform at the 56th Academy of Country Music Awards airing Sunday 18th April at 8pm ET / 7pm CT on CBS, and contend for Single of the Year with I Hope.
