NEXT WEEK ON CORONATION STREET: BETSY'S IN TROUBLE AS LISA WAKES UP AT CARLA'S

With Betsy Swain having recently struggled with her mum, DS Lisa Swain's job following her involvement in certain police cases it's not wonder that she is struggling with everything which has seen her open up to Carla Connor in recent weeks which has seen Carla and Lisa spend a lot more together.

However, next week's drama will see Betsy Swain involvement in Mason Radcliffe drama, before she announces that she going to visit Becky's grave as it's her birthday leaving Lisa Swain feeling terrible having forgotten about her birthday.

Carla Connor soon finds Lisa in The Rovers drowning her sorrows, with her the following morning waking up on Carla's sofa.

It's not long until Carla admits to Ryan Connor that she has feelings for Lisa, but she is out of her depth - urging her to go for it! I am pleased Carla has confided in Ryan as let's be honest they have been there for one another.

Carla returns home to find Lisa getting dressed. But the question reminds will Carla make her move?

But soon, Lisa is horrified to learn that she has missed a message from Betsy telling her that she is in trouble. Will Lisa be able to help her daughter in time?

Coronation Street airs Monday, Wednesday and Friday's at 8pm on ITV and ITVX with episodes up on ITVX the day of the episode at 7am.

HOLLYOAKS REVIEW - FRANKIE OPENED UP AS ISABELLE SMITH DELIVERS SOME EMOTIONAL SCENES

Since Isabelle Smith  arrived on our screens back in January, Hollyoaks viewers have seen a hard-hitting storyline for her character, Frankie Osborne who since  February has had tough relationships with Osborne family especially Nancy and Jack, and looking back now you can see the cries for help with her moods, attitude, and vulnerability that have changed across the past 6 months. Frankie's used dance as her escape seeing her audition for dance school. With Darren having been the one wanting to protect Frankie with everything that has arose. One of my favourite moments was Frankie learning sign language so she could communicate with Oscar allowing people to see the caring side to the character. The first appearance of Frankie Osborne came in Wednesday's episode (4th September) where her dance place got deferred leaving her devastated as Darren continued to support Frankie seeing her become emotional about her return to school it was clear how much Darren has Frankie's best

With Hollyoaks entering the first week of their brand-new 3 episodes a week next week in typical Hollyoaks style a stunt is involved. Who doesn't love a Hollyoaks stunt? Next week will see Grandfather and Granddaughter, Jack and Frankie Osborne run into Suzanne Ashworth and JJ Osborne outside The Dog patio. With the support of Sally St Claire and Jack, Frankie confront Suzanne about her not believing her as she goes into detail about what she experienced.  This can't be an easy conversation to have, but thankful she has people she trusts around her.  Jack later adds the pressure and challenges Suzanne about what she knew.  I have a feeling that these scenes could lead to some emotional moments.
