SINGLE REVIEW - AMERICAN BLONDE - KISS ME THIS CHRISTMAS

Last Friday (20th October) saw US sibling duo, American Blonde made up of Natalia and Tinka release their Christmas single, Kiss Me This Christmas.
Kiss Me This Christmas was written by Natalia as well as Jimmy Nash and produced by Catt Gravitt.

Kiss Me This Christmas starts with a jolly joyful instrumental that kicks off the Christmas feels brilliantly.
The first verses sees Natalia's soft vocal tone kick the song off fantastically with lyrics that are filled with such honesty and some that get you thinking as you can get them in different ways. The next two verses are brilliantly written and take you on a journey especially when Natalia shows her crisp tone.
The chorus is filled with an important message with all your want is the people you love around you as they are all that matters this Christmas period. Having that special person to share Christmas with is so magical - enjoy your time together!
The solo instrumental from Tinka on the electric guitar allowing for her to show everyone listening exactly what she can do.

This song is one I can't wait to add to my playlist!

This Friday (11th August)  will see  Swansea based artist singer-songwriter, Eleri  release her latest single, Karaoke. Karaoke was co written with Vanessa Murray and Katie Buckland, and produced by Tim Prottey/Jones of First Time Flyers. Karaoke  has an upbeat instrumental setting the tone beautifully. EMMERDALE REVIEW - DAN SHOWED HIS VULNERABILITY

Over the past few weeks, Emmerdale viewers have seen a different side of Dan Spencer following his daughter, Amelia's social media ordeal which has allowed for a different side of the character's development to be shown. It's obvious to me and many other viewers that all Dan Spencer has ever wanted to do was protect Amelia, but the way he said some harsh things to her in Tuesday's episode (11th July) saw the vulnerability in both characters. It was during Wednesday's episode (12th July) where Dan said "you have every right to be online" was a moment I caught myself a little emotional over as it reminded me of my own experience once again - it's clear how much Dan cares about his daughter and just wants what's best for her like parents do. The way that parents want their children to hear the truth, sometimes isn't the best way to do but on the other side sometimes it just needs to be said.
