CHRISTMAS SINGLE REVIEW - TIGIRLILY GOLD - FALALALA FALLING

Last Friday (27th October) saw Tigirlily Gold made up of sisters, Kendra and Krista release their brand new Christmas single, Falalala Falling.

Falalala Falling starts with a electric instrumental which compliments Kendra's beautiful crisp tone.
The verses are filled with many sentimental feels that honestly got me feeling a little emotional about all those little things that you only do at Christmas as well as the memories you make when family and friends gather as we all know how hard those things are becoming.
The harmonies from both Kendra and Krista are great from you hear them.
The chorus is filled with many gorgeous moments bringing in some the fantastic family/ home feel to the song that listeners will hopefully be able to relate with getting them in the mood for Christmas just like I am now (this is something I rarely say aha!)
The instrumental/ bridge is fantastically timed as it allows for the song to have the perfect breather before this sense of something magical is about to happen in the final verse which is just gorgeous to hear.

This Friday (11th August)  will see  Swansea based artist singer-songwriter, Eleri  release her latest single, Karaoke. Karaoke was co written with Vanessa Murray and Katie Buckland, and produced by Tim Prottey/Jones of First Time Flyers. Karaoke  has an upbeat instrumental setting the tone beautifully. The first verses sees Eleri's soft vocal at the forefront with lyrics that get you thinking of those moments at a gig that you don't think you'll ever get to see takes me back to experiencing Priscilla Block with Eleri last year, oh the memories. The second verse sees the song take another turn of when you feel like things aren't working out but you are determined to learn from the lesson it's given you. EMMERDALE REVIEW - DAN SHOWED HIS VULNERABILITY

Over the past few weeks, Emmerdale viewers have seen a different side of Dan Spencer following his daughter, Amelia's social media ordeal which has allowed for a different side of the character's development to be shown. It's obvious to me and many other viewers that all Dan Spencer has ever wanted to do was protect Amelia, but the way he said some harsh things to her in Tuesday's episode (11th July) saw the vulnerability in both characters. It was during Wednesday's episode (12th July) where Dan said "you have every right to be online" was a moment I caught myself a little emotional over as it reminded me of my own experience once again - it's clear how much Dan cares about his daughter and just wants what's best for her like parents do. The way that parents want their children to hear the truth, sometimes isn't the best way to do but on the other side sometimes it just needs to be said.
