DINGLE DRAMA COMING UP IN THE DALES OF EMMERDALE

Emmerdale is soon to be hit with a lot of drama from blackmail, cruel deception, and forbidden, secret liaisons are about to send shockwaves through the village with some serious consequences for the Dingles it appears. And I for one am very exciting for this drama. You have to love a little Dingle drama!

With Paddy Kirk feeling incredibly lonely after discovering the truth about his wife, Chas Dingle's affair with Al Chapman. I have really felt for Paddy, can see a lot of vulnerability coming through from the character. Paddy could be forgiven when he finds himself falling in the arms of his ex-wife and good friend, Mandy Dingle. However, as Paddy opens up to Mandy where they take a trip down memory lane seeing old passions are reawakened. Will Mandy's support help Paddy or see him going down into further depression?

Ever since Amelia Spencer gave birth to her daughter Esther in October, Noah Dingle has shown greater love and support towards them in a way that Esther's biological dad Samson Dingle hasn't. When Noah generously suggests about setting up a trust fund for Esther, viewers will see a scheming Samson’s cogs whirring with Noah finding himself being blackmailed. There will be some interesting scenes to come for sure. Sadly, Samson’s scheming won’t just impact Noah, but could also compromise his entire family. Why am I sensing some wonderful Dingle scenes even though at times, as viewers we will know there will be moments we won't enjoy.

Finally, viewers know that Mackenzie Boyd and Charity Dingle’s relationship has been tested over the past 12 months following the loss of their unborn child seeing Mack sleep with Chloe Harris when he thought he and Charity were on a break which all know us as viewers saw Chloe pregnant. However, with Charity and Mack's relationship being in a good place with a Dingle wedding to look forward to. But you have to remember that it's Emmerdale and secrets are never left untold for long. The question remains how will Charity react when she discovers the truth? Will she press self-destruct?

Emmerdale airs at 7.30pm Monday - Friday with an hour long on Thursday evenings on ITV1 and ITVX.

This Friday (11th August)  will see  Swansea based artist singer-songwriter, Eleri  release her latest single, Karaoke. Karaoke was co written with Vanessa Murray and Katie Buckland, and produced by Tim Prottey/Jones of First Time Flyers. Karaoke  has an upbeat instrumental setting the tone beautifully. The first verses sees Eleri's soft vocal at the forefront with lyrics that get you thinking of those moments at a gig that you don't think you'll ever get to see takes me back to experiencing Priscilla Block with Eleri last year, oh the memories. The second verse sees the song take another turn of when you feel like things aren't working out but you are determined to learn from the lesson it's given you. COMING UP ON EMMERDALE: AMELIA CHRISTENS ESTHER AS CHARITY AND AMY BRING THE DRAMA

With Amelia Spencer about to christen her daughter, Esther it wouldn't be a soap without drama during the ceremony would it? EMMERDALE REVIEW - DAN SHOWED HIS VULNERABILITY

Over the past few weeks, Emmerdale viewers have seen a different side of Dan Spencer following his daughter, Amelia's social media ordeal which has allowed for a different side of the character's development to be shown. It's obvious to me and many other viewers that all Dan Spencer has ever wanted to do was protect Amelia, but the way he said some harsh things to her in Tuesday's episode (11th July) saw the vulnerability in both characters. It was during Wednesday's episode (12th July) where Dan said "you have every right to be online" was a moment I caught myself a little emotional over as it reminded me of my own experience once again - it's clear how much Dan cares about his daughter and just wants what's best for her like parents do. The way that parents want their children to hear the truth, sometimes isn't the best way to do but on the other side sometimes it just needs to be said.
