Home starts with an electric guitar instrumental which opens the song up beautifully with it's drum instrumental supporting.
The first verse sees Kaylee's fun, and softer vocal being demonstrated with it's quirky and upbeat lyrics that you can definitely hear Kaylee has written from the heart. I love how Kaylee has stayed true to herself with her songwriting, and vocals on her brand new single.
The chorus features some lyrics which are ones of written from the heart, and one that Kaylee has written based on experience with the emotion being used being wonderful. I love the fun element within this song, and it's something that is so empowering that I can't wait to have blaring out on a road trip (whenever we are allowed them).
The second verse continues Home beautifully with her vocal range remaining consistent throughout with her vocal displaying her songwriting amazingly. I adore the growth of who Kaylee has become as I am listening to this verse. Is there anything Kaylee can't do as an artist?
I love the instrumental in the middle of Home as it allows the musicians their moment to shine whilst allowing the song to blend together so wonderfully.
The bridge of Home sees the word Home repeated in a much softer vocal range which is rather special and beautiful, and breaks the song up fantastically bringing everything together as of the final chorus of the song which it ends with.
