NEXT WEEK ON EMMERDALE: ROBERT ADMITS THE TRUTH AS MOIRA SEEKS REVENGE

A couple of week's ago, Robert Sugden helped Moira Barton get released from prison, however, during next week's visits to the Yorkshire Dales based soap, Emmerdale viewers will see Moira learn the truth.

With Cain Dingle frustrated at his wife, Moira who is at her old farm rather than helping him, there is a growing distance between them, and despite Robert Sugden's protests, Moira insists on helping which only heightens Robert's guilt.

Sensing something is not quite right about Robert's behaviour, Moira pushes him for the truth and Robert confesses he planted the ID's that led to her imprisonment with Robert explaining how Joe Tate blackmailed him with a video of Victoria Sugden killing John Barton.

Moira is devastated by his revelation and issues him an ultimatum: he must go to the police, or she will. 

Before long, Aaron is shocked to hear that Robert has confessed and rushes to find her and beg for her silence. With the aim of keeping Cain calm ahead of his upcoming operation, Moira decides to keep the truth from him.

Later, when Aaron reminds Moira that Robert is not the only one to blame, soon furious Moira heads to confront Joe at Home Farm. Graham Foster interrupts, but Moira stands her ground furious at Joe for his actions regarding Robert and the farm.

At The Woolpack, Aaron advises Cain to reconcile with Moira before his surgery.

The following day in a unique episode dealing with Cain and Moira's relationship, Cain struggles to express his fears while visiting Zak Dingle's grave, all whilst in the backroom of the pub, a distraught Moira confides in Chas Dingle about her fractured relationship with her husband.

Emmerdale airs Monday - Friday at 8pm on ITV1, and YouTube, and ITVX from 7am.
