Hello Krista and Kendra, how are you?
Hey Kellie! We are doing great! Thanks for checking in!

2023 has been a busy year for you both in March you came over to the UK for C2C, how did you find the whole experience?
Performing in London for the first time was one of our absolute favorite memories of 2023 and will be ingrained in our brains forever. The way the fans showed up for us was unbelievable! They knew every word to our song "Shoot Tequila!" We were booked for the festival fairly last minute and barely made our shows due to a delayed flight, but it was well worth it because of the fans.

I have to say your performances, I caught were a definite highlight. You have just been announced as returning for next year's festival on the Spotlight Stage, how are you feeling?
Thank you so much. We are beyond excited to be playing the Spotlight Stage at C2C festival in 2024. Last year, we stood outside the O2 just dreaming of playing there one day! It will be a trip of a lifetime, and we are so excited to share that special moment with our incredible UK family!

May saw you make your Grand Ole Opry debut which I remember you both being excited about, how did you find this brilliant opportunity?
We had been introduced to the team at the Opry through our label and management teams and went in and played them some of our music and told them our story. A couple of months later, we received a video from Ashley McBryde asking us to make our Grand Ole Opry debut which was absolutely incredible! We had been dreaming about that moment for a long time, so we were very emotional!

I have to ask what is it like to step in the famous circle?
It’s validating, emotional, nerve wracking, once in a lifetime. We really tried to soak in the whole day and take as many mental and physical pictures as we could. Everyone we look up to has stepped into that circle, so it was a huge honor.

In June, you released your debut EP, Blonde made up of 4 brilliant songs how did you find the reaction from fans?
Releasing our new EP “Blonde” this year was SO much fun! Seeing our fans' reactions was everything! We always get a little nervous putting new music out because we know we love the music we are creating, but you never know how other people are going to react, so seeing our fans attach themselves to these 4 songs was extremely exciting!

To end the year, you released a Christmas single, how excited are you for Christmas? What are your plans for the festive period?
We did just release a brand new holiday diddy called “Falalala Falling” - say that three times fast! This song is all about being snowed in with the one you love on Christmas Eve. We are from a state where we would have massive amounts of snow during the holidays, so we wanted to incorporate that into our song! We have had a crazy year, so we will be having a low-key Christmas, relaxing, watching lots of Christmas movies, baking, and spending time with family!

How would you sum your 2023 up in 3 words?
Exhilarating, surprising, dreamy!

Can you tease anything that is coming our way from you in 2024?
We have a brand new single called “I Tried a Ring On” coming out in January. We just teased it the other day on social media, and we did play it at C2C festival earlier this year!

Thank you so much for your time and thank you for being the sweetest ladies to our site and I can't wait to see you next year.
Can't wait to see you in 2024!
