EASTENDERS MY TOP 10 FAVOURITE SCENES FROM TILLY KEEPER AS LOUISE MITCHELL

With the announcement on Tuesday (3rd December) that EastEnders actress, Tilly Keeper is leaving her role as Louise Mitchell. I am very sad by this news but I have decided to bring you my favourite TOP 10 scenes.

EastEnders viewers have seen Louise Mitchell go through so many struggles over the time, Tilly has played the character.

1. I'm Your Dad!
I really struggled to chose a favourite scene with this scene from Tilly as Louise because this scene and the second one. However, back in January 2016 when EastEnders viewers first got to meet Tilly as Louise was when she was in the school hall moving the gym mats around when Phil walked in, in a drunken state where Louise was shocked to hear someone calling her name and when she turned around it was in fact her father, it was the facial expression from Tilly that got me.
This scene for me was full of a lot of emotion and hate between the characters because you could really see that the characters loved each other but at the same point at that present moment Louise really hated her dad for embarrassing her!
The drunken state of Phil had Louise pretending that she was stronger than she actually was and I think this is why this scene sticks so much with me.

However, over the past few years we have seen their turbulent relationship continue but despite all of this viewers can see how much Phil genuinely cares and wants the best for her daughter which for hard man, Phil is a wonderful thing. I have loved seeing their relationship change and develop over the years will Tilly as Louise and I will definitely miss it.

Feel like here in the perfect time in the blog to also say that I absoultely love the past and current relationship Louise has with her brother, Ben Mitchell because despite everything good and bad they always try in their own ways to be there for each other and support each other in their times of need. However, I did wish that this is something the show would have developed more.

2. Louise tells Keanu about her pregnancy!
I really did struggle to chose my favourite scene with this scene and this one however it was very close.
Back in April this year, EastEnders viewers saw that Louise discovering that she was pregnant with her on/ off boyfriend, Keanu Taylor's child which lead to some rather complicated scenes in the run to this scene when Louise decided to go and look for Keanu who was heading to the train station as he was leaving having thought that he had messed everything up with her since he thought she had had an abortion which left him devastated. But with all the emotion going around in this scene, it was something I remembered being so happy about because Keanu deserved to know the truth and with their relationship having gone from strength to strength since. But we all know the devastation that is to follow around the Festive period.

3. Fire at Walford High/ Bullying storyline!
This storyline that developed this storyline for me was one that broke me to pieces because the bullying scenes prior to all the drama of these scene are ones that are personally so close to me having being bullied throughout my middle/ high school days - knowing me I watched all this scenes through tears because I am one emotional person.

Louise's 'friends' Madison, and Alexandra were the ones who pretended to be Louise's friends about Louise confided in them about her dad's alcohol addiction to spiking her drink to finally doing the worst thing possible after Travis (Louise's boyfriend at the time) laid candles out to which leads to Alexandra pushing Louise into the candle causing her gain three degree burns - as I was watching this episode, I remember sobbing because I thought this was the end for Louise but now I am writing this, it really has been announced that Tilly's time as Louise is over!

4. The Siege Episodes!
Back in September this year, one of the scenes that I remember the most of the whole week was when Hunter Owen hold Louise hostage because I remember being so gripped to Friday's installment of the episode with so many on the edge of your seat moments.
The moment Louise was taken into the Square whilst being held by Hunter, my heart sunk because I remember the thought of please don't harm Louise and her unborn baby because lets be honest EastEnders to love to tease us viewers despite knowing it was Charlie Winter's final scenes. The moment when Hunter shot Keanu in the shoulder as Louise shouted him you got see the horror on both of their faces as this happened and the slow motion of the scenes to follow was something that moved me especially when Keanu was watching on as the gun shots were fired where Louise was with Hunter and the silence was a killer!
This scene showed viewers would have amazing and strong actress, Tilly is!

5. Keanu and Louise are trapped in the container!
Back at the end of April this year, Louise got kidnapped when she got involved in her brother, Ben Mitchell dodgy dealings. However, it gave me another one of my favourite scenes of the year featuring Tilly because from the very first scene of the episode where Louise was in a state of shock as anyone would be who is in her situation however, the fact that Louise was with Keanu Taylor, someone who she trust who also happened to be her on/ off boyfriend at the time because viewers got to witness how much Louise truly loved and cared for him especially when he was having a panic attack. But after the trauma of the ordeal this episode also gave us the moment Keanu confessed his love for Louise and from this episode their relationship us been through a lot but one that has given us a great story between the characters.

6. Lisa Fowler kidnapping her own daughter, Louise!
Back in July 2017, Lisa Fowler kidnapped her own daughter who she returned to see upon hearing that she was burnt in her school fire by claiming to the hospital nurses that she was wanting to take her daughter out for some fresh air little did anyone know that Louise was actually about to be kidnapped by her own mother who had a grudge against Peggy Mitchell at this time.
This episode for me was one of my favourites because despite everything Lisa was doing it was all to protect her (in Lisa's weird way). Seeing the vulnerability of Louise in this scene was something, I remember being shocked about because Louise liked to thing she was the strong one in most situation and at this time viewers saw her in pain and struggling times.

7. Louise's friendships..
There is something for me about all of Louise Mitchell's friendships from hers with Keegan and Keanu Taylor (before they got into a relationship), Travis (during the Walford High Fire scenes), Hunter and Mel Owen, Jay Brown and Shakil.

But my favourite has to be hers with Bex Fowler because even though Bex is slightly older, she is the best friend every single needs because she is always there for Louise through the good and bad but they are always there for each other.

All of Louise's friendship have helped develop the character in many wonderful ways and given us some of the most wonderful scenes and for this we only have the EastEnders creators and writers to thank for this!

8. Bex giving her best friend, Louise a baby shower!
Back in October, viewers saw Louise's best friend, Bex Fowler want to arrange a baby shower for her after we went a around to Bex where Bex questioned her about the fact she wasn't a school where Louie told her that the baby kept her up all night. However, the conversation lead to Bex suggesting a baby shower in the mix of Bex's troubles to which she used as an excuse for her current troubles. But baby shower scenes featured some of the strongest women in the show which gave us viewers some of the nicest scenes especially the sweet Godmother/ Goddaughter scenes between Mel Owen and Louise.

9. Louise and Keanu's baby scan!
In June this year, I remember this scene so well and everytime I talk about Tilly and her scenes this one always comes up and I have to admit I remember getting in with one minute to spare for this episode dedicated fan, right here aha!
Even though, Keanu was late to his own child's 12 week scan it wasn't long before all that was forgotten after a little tension at the start as Louise was unhappy with him however, both Louise and Keanu were soon enjoying the moment. The emotions in this scene was one of pureness wonderfulness because they were both enjoying the first look at their baby! The smile on their faces said it all to me.

10. And finally, this week's vulnerability of the character especially when she was in pain in Friday night's episode because it showed the audience what an incredibly talented actress, Tilly Keeper and it's about time she had her moment to shine.
Over the years, us EastEnders viewers have seen Louise pretend to be the strong or tough one in certain situations when it comes to her dad especially during Phil's alcoholism-liver storyline back in 2016 during some of Tilly's first scene as Louise.
Also over the past week, I have seen nothing by praise for Tilly from the audience and you know what it's been so wonderful to see!

I hope you enjoyed this special blog post.
