LAUREN HALL SET TO RELEASE BRAND NEW SINGLE, THANK YOU VERY MUCH
Rising Country singer-songwriter, Lauren Hall is set to release her brand new single, 'Thank You Very Much', which will be available on iTunes, and Spotify on Friday 26th February.
"Lauren delivers a sublime vocal performance." - Fierce Fabulous Revolution
"Lauren's songwriting skills are incredibly moving and very relatable..." - BringCountry2UK
“(Lauren’s music) is built on the traditional sounds of the 90s, with the modern country twist that makes it appealing to all country fans in a similar way that Carly Pearce and Lauren Alaina are making music.” - Raised on It (Aaron Wagner)
'Thank You Very Much' is Hall's first single of 2021 following last year's successes, including her debut single, Backwards, which was released in April 2020.
The new track sees Lauren wear her heart on her sleeve while showing off her sassy side as she says 'Thank You Very Much' for the lessons she was taught in the process.
The collaborators on Hall’s single release include producer, Dan Frizsell, who also was a producer on Rumor by Lee Brice, as well as producer and co-writer, Phillip Lammonds, who has been a writer on songs recorded by well-known Country artists such as Lee Brice, Kip Moore, Blake Shelton, and others.
What Lauren says about the single: “This song is the ultimate breakup anthem to me. I think the best way to respond to someone breaking your heart is to know that even though it hurts, if they're not your person then thank them for setting you free to meet the right person. I wrote this as a way of saying to myself and to that person, that I wasn’t going to let the heartbreak break me. This song has a fun and kind of celebratory energy that I’ve found people really resonate with at live shows. It’s one of those songs that will pick you up if you’re having a bad day and need to just scream the words in your car (I’ve done that many times) haha. No matter what stage of life you’re in I think all of us have gone through relationships or situations we didn’t understand in the moment, but now can look back on and be thankful that they didn’t work out. That’s what this song is all about.”
