NEXT WEEK HOLLYOAKS SET TO AIR SHOCK COLLAPSE

During next week's visits to Hollyoaks, viewers will see siblings Frankie and JJ Osborne come face to face where JJ pleads with his sister, however the moment JJ uses their deceased mum to pull on his sister's heartstrings, she storms off. I'll never understand why people do this, can't begin to imagine how Frankie is coping especially as she was there when Suzanne Ashworth died.

Worried about Frankie's behaviour, Jack Osborne comes up with a plan, but when JJ gets angry, Jack quickly puts his grandson in his place.

With the day of JJ's plea hearing finally here, Frankie returns home after being out all night this says to me that she is extremely scared about what's to come when Jack tells her that he thinks he may have had a breakthrough with JJ.

However, at court, JJ collapses where he is taken to hospital. The next day, Darren Osborne finds Frankie at The Loft telling her that they need to get to the hospital. Will JJ be OK? What will this mean for Frankie and the trial?

Later, Frankie and Mercedes McQueen have a heartfelt conversation and the McQueen's go and tell her to make up with her dad. I know that it's 12 months later, but after the way Darren has supported Frankie through her ordeal - I really hope that they don't ruin their relationship.

Hollyoaks airs Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday with episodes available at 7am on Channel 4 streaming and can be watched on E4 at 7pm with same day episodes.

HOLLYOAKS REVIEW - ISABELLE SMITH CAPTURES THE EMOTIONAL AND VULNERABLE SIDE OF FRANKIE BRILLIANTLY

It's hard to believe that Isabelle Smith only arrived on our screens in the Chester based soap Hollyoaks in January 2024 which has seen her character, Frankie Osborne go through some tough times. Over the past few months in Hollyoaks, Frankie Osborne has had a tough time, but viewers have seen Grace Black support Frankie during Monday 22nd July's episode on E4 where Frankie opened up to her uncle, Freddie Roscoe who was in a coma at the time.  You could see a change in the character once this had happened as the vulnerability shines through in an emotional scene. HOLLYOAKS REVIEW - FRANKIE OPENED UP AS ISABELLE SMITH DELIVERS SOME EMOTIONAL SCENES

Since Isabelle Smith  arrived on our screens back in January, Hollyoaks viewers have seen a hard-hitting storyline for her character, Frankie Osborne who since  February has had tough relationships with Osborne family especially Nancy and Jack, and looking back now you can see the cries for help with her moods, attitude, and vulnerability that have changed across the past 6 months. Frankie's used dance as her escape seeing her audition for dance school. With Darren having been the one wanting to protect Frankie with everything that has arose. One of my favourite moments was Frankie learning sign language so she could communicate with Oscar allowing people to see the caring side to the character.
