Don't Ruin Flowers begins with a beautiful guitar instrumental complimenting Tenille's soft vocals wonderfully with the heartfelt lyrics being sung.
Don't Ruin Flowers is one meaningful song that from the very moment Tenille starts you are hit with such vulnerability that makes for some hard-hitting moments especially in the chorus as you get this layer of vulnerable hitting you (or at least it did me) talking about a relationship that went wrong. I have nothing but praise for the vulnerability that Tenille delivers throughout.
The fact that song shows how a certain type of flower can represent certain moments in our lives as well as hold precious moments that you never want to forget.
The fact that Don't Ruin Flowers allows for listeners to have their own representation to the lyrics thank you for the empowerment.
