FIRST LOOK AT CORRIEDALE IN EXPLOSIVE TRAILER

Tonight (Monday 1st December), ITV have released it's dramatic teaser trailer giving viewers of both soaps an insight to its explosive preview of the ground-breaking crossover soap episode, CORRIEDALE!

With the special episode set to air in early January 2026 is a celebration of the soap genre and will launch ITV's new 'soap power hour' scheduling pattern for both Coronation Street and Emmerdale.

Two Worlds Collide. One Hour. One Night. Everything Changes.

For the first time it has been revealed that a multi vehicle pile up is at the centre of the drama that sees the worlds of Coronation Street and Emmerdale collide for one night only with the atmospheric trailer showing the aftermath of the crash on a dark and stormy country road near the village of Hotten. If this is as exciting as it reads I am excited for the episode already!

Desperate voices call for help in the darkness as the emergency services arrive. Fans of both soaps will recognise them as David Platt, Tracy Barlow, Liam Cavanagh, and Aaron Dingle. Jack P Shepherd and Kate Ford from Coronation Street plus Emmerdale's Johnny McPherson are all set to join Danny Miller and Vicky Myers who were previously revealed to be amongst the cast of the one hour episode.

But what has brought the residents of Weatherfield across the Pennines to Yorkshire, and how have the characters from the two soaps ended up in the catastrophic collision? There are so many possibilities however, there are definitely many reasons.

CORRIEDALE is just the start of the drama as the aftermath of the crash gives rise to fear, murderous intent, death, destruction, closely-guarded secrets, and lies.

Life in Emmerdale and Weatherfield will never be the same again!

During next week's visits to Emmerdale, viewers will see a storyline centered on a fateful night with not one, but two limousines in danger as one is left teetering on a treacherous frozen lake. ARTISTS I AM EXCITED TO SEE ON THE POP UP STAGES DURING C2C 2025

With C2C 2025 only a month away, I thought I would share with you the artists I am very excited to see on the pop up stages following yesterday's announcement (4th February). Everyone who knows me knows how much I love the pop up stages as it allows you to discover so many incredible artists for the very first time as well as see some of your favourite artists. Back in December when I first saw  Abbie Mac  supporting Sophia Scott who played her debut London show, and honestly Abbie Mac is an artist to watch as she has a bright future ahead of her. I remember tearing up at some of her songs which I have had certain lyrics going through my head ever since, so I'm excited to complete them. Abby Anderson  is an artist who through the Covid era's music helped me through so much as she is an artist who writes from the heart and her songs definitely take you on a journey.
