This Friday (26th February) will see up and coming US singer-songwriter, Lauren Hall release her brand new single, Thank You Very Much.
Thank You Very Much is Lauren's first release of 2021.

Thank You Very Much has a softer stripped back guitar instrumental compared to the previous releases of Lauren's which I personally think has her standing out from the crowd which is slowly joined by a more uptempo instrumental.
The first verse sees Lauren's sassier vocals at the forefront which I adore hearing as you get this real sense of attitude from her that is so captivating I catch myself getting a little far too much into the lyrics taking me back to my childhood. There is something so magical about Lauren's sassy vocals that has me gripped.
The chorus features some of the most brutal but honest lyrics that had me feeling a little emotional but also feeling very empowered - this is definitely the perfect blend of sass and honesty.
The second verse continues with Lauren's more upbeat vocals whilst the sassiness is still coming out within the song which its just perfect, and the more it continues the more I just love it and can't wait to hear it live. The story within the lyrics are ones of pure brilliance, and based on a relatable experience for many of her listeners.
The instrumental break up in the middle of Thank You Very Much is beautifully timed ahead of the final verse that brings the song together wonderfully especially as the song goes into the final chorus which brings the song together wonderfully.

This Friday (11th August)  will see  Swansea based artist singer-songwriter, Eleri  release her latest single, Karaoke. Karaoke was co written with Vanessa Murray and Katie Buckland, and produced by Tim Prottey/Jones of First Time Flyers. Karaoke  has an upbeat instrumental setting the tone beautifully. The first verses sees Eleri's soft vocal at the forefront with lyrics that get you thinking of those moments at a gig that you don't think you'll ever get to see takes me back to experiencing Priscilla Block with Eleri last year, oh the memories. The second verse sees the song take another turn of when you feel like things aren't working out but you are determined to learn from the lesson it's given you. EMMERDALE REVIEW - DAN SHOWED HIS VULNERABILITY

Over the past few weeks, Emmerdale viewers have seen a different side of Dan Spencer following his daughter, Amelia's social media ordeal which has allowed for a different side of the character's development to be shown. It's obvious to me and many other viewers that all Dan Spencer has ever wanted to do was protect Amelia, but the way he said some harsh things to her in Tuesday's episode (11th July) saw the vulnerability in both characters. It was during Wednesday's episode (12th July) where Dan said "you have every right to be online" was a moment I caught myself a little emotional over as it reminded me of my own experience once again - it's clear how much Dan cares about his daughter and just wants what's best for her like parents do.
