The past few weeks have seen Emmerdale's beloved character Aaron Dingle go through a lot at the hands of John Sugden but there has been one character that has tried to save him and that is his ex-husband, Robert Sugden who let's be honest would do anything to save his true love. Viewers have been through a rollercoaster of emotions from Aaron falling of the gorge, Aaron being in hospital, and admitting the truth about John and his actions to Robert being arrested, but then being released as well as being desperate to know that his ex-husband, Aaron was safe and well finally leading to Aaron being released from hospital. Since Robert Sugden returned on our screens earlier this year, and in recent episodes he has wanted to protect his one true love, Aaron Dingle, however next week sees Robert receive a mystery visit from a man!  Why do I spell trouble? With a mystery man arriving in the Yorkshire Dales to see Robert in the village he first appears asking for directions. Following the mystery man's arrival, Robert is stunned to answer a knock at the door to a familiar face. Checking that no-one of the street is watching, Robert allows the mystery man in. With Hollyoaks turning 30 next month, 5 cast members from all three decades of the beloved Channel 4 soap will take part in a special week as part of the Hollyoaks 30th Anniversary in October where the drama moves from the village to the kitchen. Come Dine With Me will see past and present Hollyoaks actors host a week of dinners to celebrate the soap’s 30th anniversary. As someone who grew up watching EastEnders and loving the Slater family growing up as they were the key family for me along with the Mitchells and Brannings. Getting to witness the return of Zoe Slater played by the character's original actress, Michelle Ryan for me was brilliant and even though her return was no surprise the quickness of her arrival was, but it was brilliant to see Stacey Slater apart of Zoe's return after 20 years during Monday 16th June's episode. However, during her first return I was very excited to learn more about the character's backstory which has happened a little over the past few episodes as I was extremely interested to see why she is now, the way she is as Zoe has always been a complexed character, and I think continuing her struggles is a great idea.
