Today (Friday 21st June), Brantley Gilbert and Ashley Cooke are releasing a duet called Over When We're Sober.

Over When We're Sober begins with Brantley singing some heartfelt lyrics that see him remembering that one person you miss but knowing that you are wrong for one another at the same time - it's the little details.
The chorus is beautiful as Brantley and Ashley Cooke's vocals blend very well together, and are perfect for the very sad meaning.
Ashley taking the lead in the second verse is delivered from a female perspective with sad realisation, and the final verse is an emotional one.

Overall, Over When We're Sober is a powerful song especially as the softer vocals coming in at the end.

ARTISTS I AM EXCITED TO SEE ON THE POP UP STAGES DURING C2C 2025

With C2C 2025 only a month away, I thought I would share with you the artists I am very excited to see on the pop up stages following yesterday's announcement (4th February). Everyone who knows me knows how much I love the pop up stages as it allows you to discover so many incredible artists for the very first time as well as see some of your favourite artists. Back in December when I first saw  Abbie Mac  supporting Sophia Scott who played her debut London show, and honestly Abbie Mac is an artist to watch as she has a bright future ahead of her. I remember tearing up at some of her songs which I have had certain lyrics going through my head ever since, so I'm excited to complete them. Abby Anderson  is an artist who through the Covid era's music helped me through so much as she is an artist who writes from the heart and her songs definitely take you on a journey.
