SINGLE REVIEW - ROSEY CALE - KEEPER

Happy Wednesday!

This Friday (13th September) will see U.K. Singer/ Song-writer, Rosey Cale release their brand new single which is also available in Welsh too Keeper. Keeper was written after Rosey had written a few songs about heartache and heartbreak but wasn't focusing on the good ones, so this is why Rosey decided to write this song.

Keeper is one song I loved the moment the upbeat and funky instrumental started. The first verse features some wonderful lyrics about the little moments you partner does for you and the moment your partner home to meet the parents songs don't even mention this side of the earlier happier times in a relationship before the chorus comes in and makes you instantly smile. The Keeper chorus is one that features some of the most magical lyrics that you can't help but sing along with.
The second verse is the verse about the times your partner brings you the little things like breakfast in bed/ make the tea/ the I love you's which instantly makes you smile and you can't help but remember those times in our own relationships realising how our happy and perfect our partners make us feel. I love the attention to detail within the lyrics and how honest Rosey has been within this song.
The final verse in this song happens to be the chorus which is slowed down a little allowing Rosey's beautiful vocals to shine through in the most wonderful way that I adored.

I also listened to Keeper in Welsh and you know what I absoultely loved in and urge you to keep that version of the song out too!
